How our service works:
We provide a modern social media service using modern methods. Sometimes we change our methods for improvements or budgetary reasons (and generally, these are for our clients gain). While we don't post on every channel, we usually post 5 or more days per week, however we do not make post frequency guarantees. We use a content calendar that uses post frequency guidelines to maintain a content development pipeline that spreads across multiple marketing channels. The tools we use to do this are paid for by us and we retain rights and control of these platforms. 


Privacy & Data
Working with a social media service provider means that you'll need to share accounts and access to platforms with sensitive data. We promise to maintain proper security of your accounts and access through the use of an open-source password manager (we recommend you get one!).


What is the scope?
You should see the "scope of work" button above, as that has more detailed information. One thing to know is that we reserve the right to amend the scope of our service without notice, unless agreed upon scope is specified at original client onboarding and contract signing. 


What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your service after the minimum term (6 months) has completed operation using our support page in our main menu. Service cancellation requests must be made 14 days prior to the monthly billing date.
