Marketing Audit

Know Where You Stand

A 360-degree evaluation of your marketing performance across all critical areas.

The real problem

You can't fix what you can't see clearly.

Most marketing doesn't fail loudly — it bleeds quietly. Budget drains into campaigns nobody is watching, tracking breaks without an alarm, leads fall through gaps between tools, and the dashboard stays green because it's measuring the wrong things. By the time the numbers slip, the cause is buried under months of accumulated guesswork.

We don't hand you a score and walk away. We trace each problem to its root across your accounts, then engineer a ranked action plan — so you know exactly what to fix first, what it's worth, and who needs to do it.

What you usually get vs. what we ship

Most 'audits' end at a score. Ours start there.

A typical agency or freelancer

  • A slide deck of generic best practices that could apply to anyone
  • A score out of a hundred with no path to actually improving it
  • Surface-level checks from a single tool, exported and lightly reworded
  • Findings with no sense of what to fix first or what it will cost you
  • A junior analyst running a template the senior people never see
  • A report that conveniently recommends the services they want to sell you

Concinnity

  • A hands-on review of your actual accounts, not a checklist from the outside
  • Every finding tied to the money it is winning, losing, or leaving on the table
  • A ranked action plan sequenced by impact and effort, not by alphabet
  • The same in-house specialists who run the work doing the evaluating
  • Honest findings even when the answer is that your current setup is fine
  • You keep the full report and the access. No strings, vendor-neutral, yours to act on

Audit questions, answered

What exactly do you look at in a marketing audit?
We evaluate the full picture: website performance and conversion paths, SEO health, paid media accounts, your CRM and automation, content effectiveness, and the analytics infrastructure underneath it all. The point is not to grade one channel in isolation but to see how every part of your marketing works together and where the system is leaking.
How is this different from the free audit an agency offers to win my business?
A free audit is a sales tool. It is built to surface just enough to make you nervous and hand the work to the agency running it. Ours is a paid deliverable you own outright, with no obligation to hire us for anything that follows. We tell you what is actually wrong, including the parts that are working fine, because we are not auditing toward a pitch.
Do I have to hire you to fix what the audit finds?
No. The action plan is written so your own team, your current agency, or anyone you choose can execute it. Every recommendation includes enough technical detail to be picked up and run. If you do want us to implement, we are happy to, but the audit stands entirely on its own.
Will I need to give you access to my accounts and data?
Yes, read access to your platforms is how we move past guesswork and into your real numbers. You grant that access, you control it, and you revoke it whenever you like. We never take ownership of your accounts or your data, and everything we find leaves with you.
How long does an audit take?
It depends on how many channels are active and how clean your data is, but most audits run a couple of weeks from the moment we have access. We would rather take the time to trace problems to their root than rush a shallow report. You will know the timeline up front before we begin.
Who actually does the work?
The same in-house specialists who run campaigns, build CRMs, and write code every day. An audit is only as sharp as the people reading the data, so we do not hand it to a junior analyst with a template. The person evaluating your paid media has managed paid media; the person reviewing your tracking has built tracking.
How do you decide what we should fix first?
We rank every finding by the impact it carries against the effort it takes, then sequence them into quick wins, medium-term improvements, and longer structural changes. You get a clear order of operations instead of a flat list, so you can start the morning the report lands and know the first move is the one that matters most.
Will the audit connect findings back to revenue, or just give me a score?
A score with no dollars attached is a vanity metric, and we do not trade in those. Wherever the data allows, we frame each issue in terms of what it is costing you or what it could earn: budget being wasted, demand going uncaptured, deals never attributed. The goal is a plan you can defend to whoever holds the budget.
